How to send comped/free tickets to event attendees. This functionality can be used to send tickets to VIPs, speakers, special guests, etc.
Start by navigating to a specific event page. On the top right section of the tickets area of the page, click "Send Free Ticket".
This will open the "Send Tickets" page. Here you can enter the first name, last name and email of the person you would like to send free tickets to. Also, select which ticket types and quantities you would like to send.
If you would like to add additional recipients, click the "Add Recipient" button and complete the same steps above for that new recipient. You can add as many recipients as you would like here.
On the right side of your screen, the confirmation window will automatically update as you add recipients and ticket types and quantities to be sent. When ready, click the "Send Ticket" button to confirm and send an email confirmation to the people you'd like to claim tickets.
