How to see the fan data of tickets that have already been scanned into your event
To view the fan data for each fan that has already been scanned into an event, click the “Scan Tickets” button next to the event you want to see the history of. Then, once the scanner appears on the screen, click the “Scan History” button in the bottom left corner. Here you will see the fan data for everyone who has already scanned their ticket for the event.
