How to add free tickets to your fan account
If there is no fee associated with the ticket type you wish to acquire, you will see a “$0” next to the ticket type. There will also be a “Get Free Ticket” button next to that ticket type. Click “Get Free Ticket” and you will be brought to a page with a preview of the ticket artwork. Next to the image of the ticket, you will need to enter the amount of tickets you wish to get. Below that field is another “Get Free Ticket” button. Click this button to confirm your purchase, and you will receive a message telling you how to access your new ticket(s). There is no need to enter your payment information to get free tickets.
