Steps to access your tickets and get the QR code for scanning
To scan your tickets at the gate of an event, click the “View Tickets” button for that event. Then click the green “Validate” button on the bottom right of the screen. A QR code will pop up on your screen. Place this QR code underneath the scanner, which will be on the phones of the event staff. Once your ticket scans, a green check mark will appear on their screen and you are good to go!
