How to transfer tickets from your fan account to someone else
To transfer a ticket, ticket transfers must be enabled by the event producer. If it is enabled, you can select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer by selecting them via the checkbox next to each ticket. Then click the “Transfer” button below the ticket information. You will be prompted to enter the email you wish to transfer the ticket to. For the intended recipient of the ticket to have access to their ticket, they must create a Tixologi account. You also have the option to be alerted via email once the ticket is successfully transferred. Once you are ready to transfer your ticket, click the green “Transfer Ticket” button. All transfers are final, so be sure the correct email is entered.
