I Can't See My Ticket After I Paid for it. What Do I Do?

After you click “Purchase” or “Get Free Ticket” when getting your ticket, a Tixologi logo spinner should appear on your screen. It may take a bit of time to mint your ticket, but when it has been completed you will get a confirmation message on the screen prompting you to check your email for a similar confirmation message. Your ticket should then be available on your “My Tickets” page. If the ticket is not available on the page, or you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Support
