How to navigate the orders page
To view all your individual ticket orders, open the sidebar and select “Orders.” You will then be brought to the Orders page. Here you will see a list of all of the purchases made by your fans. For each ticket order you can see the Attendee Name, Attendee Email, Event, Ticket Type, and Quantity.
To search for a specific order, use the search bar at the top of the page. If you would like to organize your orders by date or specific event, use the drop down menus at the top right of the page.
If you would like to download the order form you are currently viewing, click the green “Download” button at the top right of the screen. This will export your order form as a CSV file, which can be viewed in the spreadsheet application of your choosing.
